I care about you so much and I feel bad that your having depressing thoughts and anxiety.
I hope there is someone in real life you can go to, maybe a minister, a teacher, or guidance nurse, or your family doctor.
Meanwhile, please self-soothe.
I think you do great, no matter what, and you can add something to your routine just for you, like a yoga class or something.
That may be just the ticket to lessen the intensity while you wait to discuss it with IRL people.
Anyway... a dance class may be nice to, or an acting group at school... somewhere where the focus is on you and how you relate to the activity rather than being the receiver so much.
Just some suggestions... it's okay if they aren't what you like or have in mind, but I wrote you because things like this have helped me.
