I've had a lot of problems with some co-workers in the past three years I've been working in Hospital. I always conduct myself in a very professional and respectable manner at work but the unwanted attention and comments still happen quite frequently. This has brought me to tears a few times and it makes me feel worthless and violated because I'm not doing anything to incite this type of behavior on their part. The most recent incident was only a few days ago when one of the idiots I work with blatantly made sexual advances toward me, inviting me to his house when I had a day off.

I'm thinking about reporting these incidents to human resources if they keep happening because I don't want to have to deal with those perverts anymore.

I was wondering if any of you gals have dealt with similar situations, and if so, how did you handle them.
