While I personally would not put to much stock in the first example you gave (but that's just me) - but I would be upset (even angry) with the second incident you gave... there is no excuse for such behavior as this other man displayed.

If these kind of incidents continue to happen I would go to human resource and file a complaint against the men for sexual harassment... because being a beautiful woman does not give a man the right to act like an untrained animal.
