Ryan, you can do this. You are a worthwhile person with great things in your future I think. Like Rayna says (she's a smart cookie!), once the toxins are out of your system, and the shakes and the sweats are gone, you'll feel better. I know what you're going thru, I remember it very well. But I also remember that feeling of fighting the battle against this, and winning. I'll always be an alcoholic, no doubt about that, but for today I choose not to drink. That's what you have to do Ry, for just one day, make the choice not to drink. And remember (it's my favorite AA saying) "Keep it Simple".
