Hello Tink, it's nice to meet you. I am a stay at home mom too mine are ages 3,5,6,8,and 10 and it is definitely a chore to take care of them. Have you considered join a local support group, I am in group therapy and it's great because it gets me out of the house once a week and I get to learn new skills for dealing with depression.
