You were in a unit where you were watched closely and in some ways this may have helped you feel protected...
It's also an end to an intense time, and you may be feeling drained.
Please be kind to yourself, Manda. It will take a day or two for you to feel comfortable at home. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong; it's most likely adjusting to being home.
If you do start to feel worse, though, please let them know asap.
