It is going to be okay. I know things seem really overwhelming right now and that's scary, confusing, stressful. Sometimes when I feel absolutely overwhelmed, I have to really remind myself to break things down, that I probably can't deal with all of them at the same time, so I sit down, write down all the things I am worrying about, and then figuring out which ones need attention now, which ones can wait, which ones are more my worries than reality (those seem to grow fast when overwhelmed), etc. It seems to really help or to make it seem more manageable. Once you have them broken down like this, you can begin addressing them and then crossing them off the list, and that helps a lot.

And if it gets really overwhelming, you may want to talk to your T who was treating you for AD to see whether there's anything you can do.

Good luck and
