First thing to do is talk to your doctor and get a referral for a psychiatrist, or just go to a psychiatrist if you can.
In the meantime, start exercising daily and get 8 hours of sleep a night, at night. Both of these are steps a pdoc will recommend, they are effective and they are free!
Be patient and remember that there is no absolute outcome of bipolar. Take care of yourself as best you can, and be sure to keep smiling, especially when it's the last thing you want to do.
