hey there, I'm glad you could vent. Weather does affect us all... bills affect us all too. Here's something about money though, I figured out that if you do not have children and have a minimum wage job and live in a studio apartment, at least in my area you can do ok.
I know school is costly ... I know financial aid (and how it disappears x.x) is icky, but keep your chin up
