One note on yogurt for yeast infections. I am NOT a doctor, just to get that said, but I think it was on THE DOCTORS (which I don't like, but that doesn't mean they're not right much or at least some of the time) where they said DON'T put it in your vagina, despite that being advised by some people. EAT IT only.
