I have schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type. I struggled so hard to stay sane. Before I found medications that work, I would not sleep for days because of the horrible dreams I'd have. I would spend 4 or 5 days not sleeping. (which, of course, makes it worse.)

Anyone have something this severe?
