I eat more food, but in smaller portions and more often. I've also accepted the fact that it's just going to take time to lose the weight I want to lose. So, even if I have a day or two of not exercising or eating really poorly, it won't matter in the long run. I can still get to my ideal weight eventually despite those slip ups.

I'd encourage you to not think of those slip ups as a negative thing or a reason to get down on yourself. I personally think of them as a positive thing. Chocolate cake is YUMMY! You should enjoy eating it! If you allow yourself to take a break from all the restrictions of dieting and really, truly ENJOY that chocolate cake, you will feel SATISFIED when you're done. Then you can move on with your life and dieting/exercise without those annoying craving thoughts in the back of your mind.
Morning,

Sounds like a we could share a cup of tea or coffee right here for a minute.
Yeah, I deprive myself: stay on the pattern, da dah - you know...

That when I finally say that's it - I actually eat the whole thing.

Then it's down hill for several weeks and some.

You're doing good - you're trying to stay on the track we know we're suppose to.

Hope to share this spot of tea again.

Hope your day is well.

Thanx for stopping
