I too have problems sleeping. Anxiety makes me scared to sleep and when I finally manage to sleep I don't want to wake up and face the day. Lately I've been sleeping around 12 hours every night (or day). I also struggle because my husband works day then night shift every 2 to 6 weeks. Even when I have a pattern though I still get scared to sleep. In college I would average 4 hours per night (had to get up for classes so not the option of staying in bed) and then I'd practically sleep through the weekend. If anyone does have any things that help them I would love to know.
