Thanks for sharing this, you so often find such good things to post/share with all of this.

I personally need to read this and pay attention, it's already May, and I have not lost weight, haven't gotten into the exercise/fitness habit I was going to do, and I still have not fully quit smoking . . . I have too many "going to dos" and still haven't.
Another big thing also that I still haven't done is get rid of clutter/old stuff around my house.

I don't make "New Years" resolutions, sort of, to avoid pressure but on the other hand I just can't seem to do what I had good intentions to.
