Muffy, can I make a big shout out to my cousin who died 3 years ago from a heart attack due to severe autism? He was 18 and lived in the UK. I want to send a big smooch to him in heaven on this World Autism Awareness Day and big smooches to my aunty and uncle and cousins who gave him the best care they could in his short life.
