Hi Ricky. Welcome to PC. I hope you find lots of support here. That's quite the trick that your employer played on you, especially finding out that this is their 'normal' way of treating new employees. I can see why you would be upset and angry, I would be too. They should have been up front when they offered you the position. I'm sorry that this has happened to you. I wish I could offer you some advice but unfortunately I also deal with not knowing how to channel anger, so I tend to hold it inside. I've been told that I re-direct it at myself, not sure if I do.
