Sky, I made it. 13 1/2 hours flying it ended up being. I got a few bumps and bruises, but nothing to call home about. When i left here and got to Atlanta i found the gate i had to go to. I got off the plane at concourse B and had to go just to the next one at C. But i had a little trouble riding that underground subway there. I wasnt fast enough getting on the subway and got stuck between the doors closing. They opened right up and i jumped in. Then this thing took off so fast i went flying back and landed on the floor. As soon as i got up it stopped and i went flying forward. I couldnt get up fast enough to get off, so i had to go all the way around. But i learned fast after that to hold on tight. I found the gate i had to be at pretty fast. I took off from Atlanta and went to Peoria to get my nephew. My brother and sister in law as of tomorrow had a beer with me then they had to go. They had to get to some other airport cause they had their flight leaving around 9pm. Tres and i went to check in his luggage bag and we were told our flight was cancelled. The guy said it was reschuled for 2:55 the next day. I told him it cant be cancelle we have a flight in chicago to get back home. He kept saying there was nothing he could do. And my anger started to show its ugly face. A guy from American airline heard the commotion and came over. I told him what i was being told and said we aren't sleeping in the airport tonite. I've dont that before it isnt fun. Well the guy with American got us on his flight to Chicago and didnt charge us anything different than what the ticket we had cost. But we had 10 minutes to get to the gate. We ran to security. Tres got through no problem. They gave me a hard time cause i had my meds in the day carrier thing i keep them in and not the original bottles. Finally, he let us pass through and we ran so fast. Wehn we got to the gate they were just closing the door, but they still let us on. We got to Chicago and had to walk a mile to the gate we had to be at. Well at Chicago they have these flat escalators you can get on and go a little faster. And of course walking fast and moving on that when it got to the end i lost my feet from under me falling forward and fell face down to the ground. I didnt expect that thing to throw me like that. But i had my nephew there to laugh his butt off at me. I got up, got to the gate, got on the plane and made it home at 11:45pm. I wanted to kiss the ground when i walked out that airport.
