Thats the funny thing, they are giving me benefits once my three months is up and even the keys to the office.....I mean how stupid can people get???? By the way, no use for me talking to HR since HR was the one who told me the "new deal" last Friday. But I have a strong feeling she is being told what to do by the president of the company. This President has actually been with the company for just over a year and there has been a lot of turnover since he came. I just feel my hands are tied right now since I cant simply look for another job as that would not look good on my resume. I guess I should focus more on being thankful that I have a job and that things go full circle...what comes around goes around. It might not happen overnight but it does catch up with them.
