no neither , they cost money and I don't have insurance I write everything down on how I am feeling sometimes it helps but other times no.As for being on Adivan it helps with me jerking alot plus the hospital is the one who put me on this they said it helps with depression and more.I see my doctor in 2 weeks I will talk to him more then to see what he can do to help.
