The Ritalin makes me feel quick tempered, and ill. I don't know what other meds I could take with my Wellbutrin & Ativan. I just want to feel ORGANIZED in my own head. I can't figure out what I want to do with ONE day, how do I figure out what to do with the rest of my life?

I'm a 41 year old wife and mother. I've been with my husband Brian for almost 16 years. I have a 23 years old son named Tim, and a 14 year old daughter named Sarah.
Zeke is our chocolate Lab/Rott mix (7yrs), Hertz is our 1 year old Rottweiler, and Bear is our 4 month old Rott/Doberman mix. We also have 3 indoor cats.
