Ricky, just a suggestion ok? Employers and employees alike know not every job suits every person. If you apply elsewhere and they ask about your current job you are within your rights to say you just want to explore other opportunities. Feel free to tell your prospects they company you work for may not be the right fit for YOU. There's no shame in it. That's why they all have these 3 month probation periods in the first place dontcha think? Just my 2 cents mind you. OTOH there is the fact that if, 3 months from now, they tell you your probation is over then it won't really have made any difference right ? I mean the additional stress may not be fair, but as long as you know you are doing a good job, perhaps you have nothing to worry about.
Now this is not to say I am defending the company. What they are doing is not right and I would be really cheesed off myself. Unfortunately, I'm not much good at handling anger either and would likely not handle your situation very well. I was just hoping to shed some positive light on things.
Welcome and good luck.
