the letter I wrote to myself was not very nice - I told her how it was all her fault - that she must have done somthing to make it happen or could have stopped it somehow - it shower me how I really felt about myself -
then I wrote a letter as If I was talking to another child - WOW the difference - I was kind and compassionate - told her she couldnt stop it - it wasnt her fault - amazing the difference - yes it was hard - but it helped me realise that it wasnt my fault and that at the age I was there was nothing I could have done to stop it - which is hard to accept
