To all of my wonderful freinds here...

I have missed all of you very much as well and hope to spend more time here once I'm not so preoccupied and (hopefully) feeling a little better. This is such a unique and special community here and I'm proud to be a part of it .

Last night I hopped into bed and closed my eyes to fall asleep but every few minutes I would be jolted awake by a frightening sense of panic. Then I'd just lay there, scared out of my wits with my eyes wide open. This went on for an hour (I'd guess). I woke up at one point in a mild fevery-type sweat and yet my temp was normal this morning (as it usually is). I also get these little ripple/tremors/quivers from time to time (sort of like a horse's skin when a fly lands on it or something).

I just went off benzos cold turkey after taking them for over 2 months. Is this typical of benzo withdrawl?. Is it typical of just plain old anxiety?. It is'nt the first time I've had weird feelings/sensations, etc. I swear I'm dying a slow death sometimes.

Oh, I forgot to mention that for the last two nights I have been taking 200mg of Neurontin shortly before bed. It does make me sleepy (which is good) but I also feel somewhat weird on it too. Can Neurontin cause anxiety or other funny sensations?.
