(((((((((((lmg)))))))) I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so low. What stands out to me the most is that you just are feeling everything so intensely now and you need to fine a safe and constructive way of letting these feelings be expressed. I think that is great that you allowed yourself to cry the other night. I'm not saying that it felt great, because Im sure it didn't... but it is all part of the healing process.
You say that you want the "old" you back.. that means that the part of you that you're looking for IS in there. Maybe bring this up in session with your T, and he/she can help you find the appropriate way of expressing yourself so that you can feel better
