I read your most recent post about leaving the forum....
The down can get worse if you lose any part of your support network. Not saying that this forum would be considered that for you, but we are here for you and we don't want to see you go further down.
Please think about sticking around... If you need to pull back for self care that's okay, but we're always here for you!!
