How do you deal with your feelings?
How have you in the past?
These questions might be something you need to look at.... trying to find good ways to deal with them will help.
Also, I know talking to the therapist is very difficult, is there any way you can type out something an then bring it to her... that way you can work with your therapist to get some feelings out. At the very least maybe you can ask her some ways of dealing with festering feelings.
Sorry about the disagreement with your roommate - it happens sometimes. I'm glad you can cry, I'm sorry that you do it so much.
