Well, the most I could suggest would be to go into therapy (if you aren't already) if these issues are really bothering you (not just by what the score is but by how it is affecting your life). I generally don't worry about stuff that's less that 50, because it's equivalent to be affecting me less then 1/2 of the time, maybe make a little note to self, but don't sweat the small stuff...but that's just me.
