I'm also schizophrenic and I do this too sharity. a lot actually and a lot lately. I don't know why. but I feel like I'm out of control with it all. And feel like it controls me and I can't control it. It just seems to happen for no apparent reason. Although I'm sure everything happens for a reason. Well take care.
