they are right...it CAN and it WILL
please try not to be so hard on yourself
also this may sound a little harsh but you must also remember that we cannot change the past any more than we can control the future........
all we can do is live in the present, the here and now... and control our
reactions to it along with how we conduct ourselves and live our lives....

everyone greives differently, and you need to just let this very difficult greiving process kind of take its course without becoming your own worst enemy
