What about the self-destruction/self-sabotage; the self-harm?
Do lots of people do this? Is it a bipolar thing? Is it a MI thing? Is it a human thing?
I find I am doing well for only short periods of time and then BAM, I am hurting myself in some way or another.
Like I can't be happy or am not allowed to be happy.
Do others do this, too?
