There's nothing wrong with you!!! Some people have a harder time opening up than others, that's all. My first few times in therapy, I cried so hard I couldn't speak. Try not to worry about it, therapists are used to it and won't mind at all. The first time I cried in front of mine she said, "You know, there's something funny about that chair, it tends to make everyone who sits in it cry!"
Don't be ashamed of asking for help. It's a show of strength that you can ask for it at all. Sending lots of hugs.
