I'd give it at least 4 weeks, if it were me. Then if you still don't feel anything, I'd switch to another med. Everyone has a different biochemistry and different drugs work for different people.
Finding the right med can be very frustrating.
Side-effects can be a bummer too; you have to decide what you can live with and what you can't.
