maybe you don't have to say everything is great. Maybe just say your trying to stay positive but acknowledge being unemployed causes you some stress...
Then they know you want to work which looks good for you
& they may feel they like how you face hard times with a positive attitude....

of course, I'm unemployed so maybe my advise isn't the best, LOL
