That was not a silly post at all! I'm glad that you have found PC and are able to post here about your problems. They are totally valid and I'm so sorry that you're going through all this pain right now.
I don't think any of that is "just teenage stuff" at all. They sound like real, serious problems that should be addressed. Unfortunately, I don't have any advice for you, but is there anyone that you can talk to about these things? What about a counsellor at school? I know that the last time you tried to get help, your parents interfered, so maybe it's time to try again, without them present, in which case a school counsellor could be a good place to start. If not, what about calling your local crisis line and talking to someone there? It's anonymous, and there are professionals there who will listen to you and be able to give you advice.
Your parents may have told you that you'd ruin their lives by seeking help, but if they can't take care of you the way parents should (like picking up your migraine meds, which is serious!!) then you don't owe them anything. The only person you owe anything to is yourself, and you deserve to make things as good for yourself as you can.
Otherwise, keep posting here. The people here at PC are all caring and supportive, and your problems are not too silly to post about, ever! We all just want you to be well.
