Just an after thought.

If entries could be submitted in such a way that the members name is not revealed till after the voting.
That way , no one who know who did submit work . . And no one would know who was behind the work durring the voting proess. .

Kinda a "saving face " measure .

And maybe more people would enter . ....LOL ?
