Hi sweetie, yep, its confusing.......lots more info now and the start of getting a good handle on it is a good psychologist and psychiatrist if you need medication.

Seeing as there is so much info, try to be objective as some info is a bit abstract and incredibly clinical(need a bachelor just to understand some of the psych speak).
