Last night I took a double dose of what I used to take for my sleeping problems since I couldnt sleep. I slept for two hours untill I had to throw up, and I guess thats why. But my bf said it was because my body was tired and that it was its way to tell me.

Hopefully I'll get to sleep earlier this night without any problems. I believe not..
