Oh my goodness, don't be embarrassed.

I cry so much I bring my own box of kleenex. One time I arrived with a roll of paper towels explaining that they hold more than kleenex.

From then on when I show up for my sessions she asks me if it is going to be a kleenex or paper towel session.

To tell the truth I've had many more paper towel sessions.
