Hello Dan Gray ... It's tough, yes, and getting help is a good thing to do. Talking, writing, anything that gets it outside of your body is good, but be sure you have support and back away when you have to. Trust your instincts. When you can, ask for what you need and be specific if you are able. Just saying you need help is a very good start. Good for you! I wish you peace.
