I also know how you feel. I just turned 21. I feel worthless a LOT. But really, I'm not. It is hard for me to see that. Depression is a setback but it does NOT make you worthless.

I'm not sure if you have a therapist, I haven't seen you mention it here before. But you might consider that or talking to a PDoc so that you can figure out exactly what is going on with you...
at the very least, one thing I have learned is that getting feelings out is not just a good thing but ESSENTIAL to feeling better. It sounds like you have a TON of built up feelings held down inside. Find away to let them out. rant away, SCREAM (maybe into a pillow but do it!) even punching a pillow on a bed if there's anger, anything to let it out.
