I have found OA's program to be simple and honest. And theres no dues or fees.

I had to give up certain things for me at first and later reinorporated them into my diet.
I have always treid to substitue a healthy food for a troublesome one.

I call it guilt free eating,
something I can trust in

and of course the main issue is accepting a healthy weight , And finding a correct assesment of my body image,/ size I had to let go of the thought I am fat even though I used to be.

not panicking if the scale number goes up

and THE primary big one.

To not compare myself with others

"When I compare, I despair .. "

And not to judge my insides by someone elses outsides.
