I have been on medication for ADD for about 3 years. Ever since i was put on medication for antidepressants in December, my sleeping has been insane. My doctor says that the reason I am so groggy all day (can't seem to wake up) and don't feel awake until nighttime is because of my ADD. I started taking my concerta in the morning 30 minutes before I need to wake up, it seems to help a little. Anyone else having this problem?
