When I was a kid the doctors thought I had adhd but being the stubborn kid that i was/am I didn't attend any of the testing. I now regret this a bit as i still display some of the traits and they impact on my life. I scored 108 on the online quiz here, I know this isn't a diagnoses or anything but it's got me thinking it's maybe something I should have pursued when I was younger.
Anyway my question is, in the UK can you be tested for adult ADHD, is it even recognised or will I just get laughed out the shop(doctors)?
