I think that is totally messed up. That is so not supportive by any stretch of the word. I wouldn't blame you at all for bailing and finding a new home group. I would be forced to start bawling if anyone in my home group did that to me. I would probably call them on it and find a new group. I'm so sorry they were so awful. =(
