No one here is any better than anyone else...we all started someplace and had the same shaky feelings of being different or not as well spoken or whatever...
In truth, almost everyone here is still here for one day at a time...it works for alcoholics and it works for depression or any number of conditions.
I've used it myself whenever I'm on a pity pot because of my disabilities...the old, "If I thought I had to do this the rest of my life, I couldn't do it. But I can handle it for one more day."
