My son has type 1 diabetes so you have my extreme sympathy. It can be a difficult & ever changing balancing act to keep your blood sugar right.
Did they educate you properly about this when you developed diabetes? How long have you had it? After a while quite a lot of Type 2s have to go on insulin.
I`m so sorry this is dragging you down, I know how much my own health issues affect my mental state.
Take care of yourself, & make sure that your doctor listens.
