I've tried writing them out before. It didn't really help much and was distressing seeing it as I wrote it out. None really make sense although I think if you think about them all together it's probably from me worrying and being depressed over being alone. I don't know how to tackle that to stop the nightmares though.
I saw my doctor yesterday. I told her I was getting the nightmares again, but I also told her I'd started cycling a lot more and she's happy with that. She said that being physically drained from exercise could help me sleep better. I'm keeping my fingers crossed about that, but at the moment the nightmares are still there
I feel embarrassed.about this post to be honest. I wrote it during one of my worst stages (on a morning), it's weird even reading that little bit back.
