I do believe Psych Central to be the most supportive site I have ever come across.
Just thought I'd post a few tips on supportive posting.
1) When replying to someone elses post always bare in mind that they are probably looking for the love and understanding that they have never had before.
2) It's ok to go slightly off topic but try to remember to acknowledge the original poster.
3) If you strongly disagree with the origial poster or are triggered by what they have said then don't reply.
4) If you don't have any idea what to say a hug is fantastic in letting the original poster know that you care.
5) If you are unsure whether your post is supportive or not you can check it out with a moderator first.
6) Help each other.
Enjoy!
