Please do check with your doc, especially if you are on an SSRI.
The tremors *could* be a symptom of serotonin syndrom - an excess of serotonin in the brain which can be very dangerous. Only a doctor can advise on this. I had this problem years ago. And the shaking was quite severe. Serotonin syndrom is a medical emergency.
