Emmy, Have I ever told you that I completely "heart" you? You have the best way of approaching things. Every time I see you post or reply to a thread (especially a when there's a conflict going on) I am happy- and relieved- to see that you've chimed into the conversation. You have such a way with calming things down, making a bad situation better, and still letting others feel heard. Incredible.
